This recipe is for 6-8 months old babies .Apple is rich in dietary fiber, antioxidant, vitamin c, b-complex and most of the babies like flavor of apple.
- Ingredients:
1 apple
1/2 tsp jaggery
- Method:
- Rinse the apple properly and cut in to slices.
- Boil 1/2 cup of water in a pan and add apple slices.
- Cook until it becomes soft and gets light brown color.
- you can also pressure cook for 10 mins.
- Peel the apple slice and give a blend with jaggery.
- Serve it warm.
- Note: Use jaggery instead of sugar. Jaggery is full of iron.
