Here is one type of simple yet tasty deep. This minty deep is full of flavors and refreshments. You can serve this deep or raita with chapati, paratha or rice.
- Ingredients:
- Curd 1 cup
- Chopped mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Shredded carrot 1/4 cup
- Chopped onion 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Dry pickle masala or mustard seeds powder 1 tsp
- Method:
- Take chilled curd in a bowl and add mint leaves, onions and shredded carrots to it.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add dry pickle masala.
- Heat oil in a small pan and cumin seeds to it.
- Turn of the flame when cumin seeds splutter.
- Pour this mixture over curd and mix all together.
- Serve chilled.
