- Preparation:
- Dry roast rice in a heavy bottom pan.
- Turn of the flame when rice change the color and leave aroma.
- Let it cool down.
- Grind it in to coarse powder.
- Store and freeze it in air tight container.
- Method:
- Heat 1 1/2 cup of water in a pan.
- Add 2 tbsp of rice powder.
- Cook it for 10 mins on slow flame.
- Turn of the flame when cereal gets thick consistency.
- Add milk to get smooth consistency.
- Use fresh curd instead of milk if baby is not allergic to curd.
