This recipe is for 10+ months old babies. If baby doesn't eat roti or chapati then this is a best replacement. This is a heavy meal and it contains lots of digestive fibers and protein.

- Ingredients:
Split moong daal 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
Ghee
- Method:
- Wash broken wheat and daal.
- Mix and Soak them in double water for 15 mins.
- Soak it into hot water and use the same water to cook.
- Add pinch of asafoetida ,turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Cook it on low flame for 15 mins.
- Add half a tsp of ghee or butter.
- Serve warm.
