- Ingredients:
- Besan flour 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Sugar powder 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder a pinch
- Procedure:
- Heat ghee in a nonstick thick bottom pan for 1 minute.
- Add besan flour and mix it properly.
- Roast besan with ghee on medium flame until it becomes pink in color.
- Add pinch of a cardamom powder when mixture starts to leave aroma.
- Turn of the flame and let the mixture cool down for 15 to 20 mins.
- Add powder sugar when mix is completely cool down.
- Divide the mixture in small portions and make round balls out of it.
- Besan ladoos are ready to serve.
Note: you can use coarsely ground besan flour instead of fine one.
