This recipe is a full meal. You can have it as a breakfast or light dinner .You can use any form of vermicelli like wheat , refined flour or sooji.
- Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Oil
- Hot water 2 1/2 cup
- Coriender leaves
- Method:
- Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Roast vermicelli on medium flame.
- Turn of the flame when vermicelli starts to change color.
- Keep it aside.
- Take 1 tbsp oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste to it.
- Cook it on medium flame until it changes the color to pink.
- Add chopped onions and capsicums.
- Stir fry it for few minutes.
- Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
- Add hot water to it.
- Add vermicelli when water starts boiling.
- Cook it until vermicelli absorbs all water.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and some coriander leaves to it and mix well.
- Serve hot.
